Care

Caring for Wool & Cashmere
Fine wool softened with cashmere. A gentle routine keeps its handle soft and its line sharp.

• Rest between wears: hang it on a broad, shaped hanger and give it 24 hours so the fibres can recover.
• Brush softly: a soft-bristled clothes brush, used downward, keeps the subtle sheen of the cashmere at its best.
• Steam, don’t press: a gentle steam releases creases. Never put a hot iron straight on the cloth; cashmere is easily flattened.
• Dry clean sparingly: once or twice a season, with a specialist tailoring cleaner.
• Store it to breathe: a breathable cotton garment bag with cedar, never plastic, protects it from moths and moisture.
