Caring for Cotton Velvet
Rich cotton velvet with a dense, light-catching pile. Treat the pile gently and it will keep its depth.

• Hang with space: give the jacket room in the wardrobe so the pile is never crushed.
• Brush with the pile: a soft brush, used in the direction of the pile, lifts dust and restores the surface.
• Steam from the reverse: never iron or press velvet flat. A light steam from the inside revives the pile.
• Protect the satin: keep heat away from the satin lapels and trimmings.
• Specialist dry clean only: choose a cleaner experienced with velvet and evening wear.
